Projetos
Engenheiro Civil com sólida formação pela Universidade de Brasília (UnB), graduado em 1984, e uma carreira de destaque marcada pela busca contínua por especialização e por uma atuação de liderança no setor de construção civil no Distrito Federal.

Possui profundo conhecimento técnico em engenharia de estruturas, com especializações em Cálculo Elástico e Elástico-Plástico de Estruturas (UnB, 1986) e em Fundações (UnB, 1985). Complementarmente, detém expertise em Engenharia Financeira (EMIL BRUNNER, 2018), aliando a visão técnica à gestão estratégica e financeira de projetos.

É autor dos livros "Solo-Cimento e Suas Aplicações" e "Brasília do Imaginário ao Concreto", contribuindo para a disseminação do conhecimento técnico e para a reflexão sobre a engenharia e a história da capital.

Sua experiência profissional é vasta e inclui contribuições significativas para o desenvolvimento normativo e institucional da engenharia brasileira, tendo sido integrante da Comissão de Elaboração de Normas Técnicas da ABNT. Ocupou posições de alta relevância no setor, como Vice-Presidente do Sinduscon-DF (1999-2007) e Diretor da Federação das Indústrias de Brasília (FIBRA) (2004-2008). Além disso, atuou como Membro Conselheiro no CONAM-DF (2003-2004), consolidando uma trajetória de liderança e compromisso com o desenvolvimento da indústria da construção.
